Insane Springtime Intervals

 

Told you she was insane!!! This is the most challenging workout yet that my wife has put me through. I thought I’d be ok because she removed the pull ups, but it turns out I was wrong!!!

    Today I tried the insane springtime intervals….Insane is right LOL….really intense but a great workout on the days I can’t make it to the gym!! Keep up the good workouts Jen & Matt…you guys are inspiring!!
